• We are not a software vendor that builds intranets.
  We can integrate with intranets.
• We do not provide content / document management systems.
  We can integrate with CMS.
• We are not consultants.
  We provide actual solutions and structure actionable projects.

Our Philosophy

Human beings must be at the center. We are aware of two main issues that plague many so-called "collaborative platforms" including intranets and content-management systems. They are:

• The lack of contributions
• The difficulty in finding relevant information.

Our philosophy lies in putting the human back at the center, not the content. This means that the basic premise for our solution is to create vibrant communities of practice upon which knowledge, content, and interactions will be deposited.

History

• 2000: Creation of a prototype NV.
• 2001: Cap Gemini Ernst & Young innovation award in Barcelona (European Business Plan competition).
• 2001: Incorporation of ETHERYL SAS in Paris.
• 2002: Expansion of the NetVestibule community management platform.
• 2004: Creation of the online admissions application system, NetApply.
• 2006: Officially entered corporate market.
• 2007: M&A transaction, new management team.
• 2008: Official entry into corporate market and advisory on corporate community management.
